General terms

Pre-payment of 30% at booking by international bank transfer. The remaining 70 % must be made no later than 40 days before the arrival date. Cancellations no later than 40 days before arrival date = reimbursement of prepaid amount minus 15%. Only written cancellations will be accepted (email). After 40 days before arrival date=no reimbursement.

Invoice by 2RTeam (France). Travel and health insurance are compulsary.

International and domestic flights are not included in our prices.

Ice driving Sweden cannot be held responsible for cancellations / changes or any other modifications in the programs due to extreme, sudden or severe weather changes/conditions.

Car driving : minimum of age is 18 with a valid driving license.

Snowmobile : minimum of age is 16. Below that age you will sit as a passenger.

To participate to all our activities you must not be under the influence of alcohol or narcotics.

Registration for one of our programs involves the acceptance of our general terms.

Who we are ?

Ice driving Sweden was created by Patrick Willems in cooperation with Raphaël Bonifay.

Patrick has more than 35 years experiences in logistics, customers care and tourism.

Raphaël has more than 30 years experiences in motorbike riding and mechanics. He is the founder of the company 2RTeam as well as Icetyres.com
